Free shipping — on all orders over $30
Since fragrance is considered a Hazardous Material (HAZMAT), the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials due to air shipment restrictions and regulations. Alas, fragrance products and samples cannot be shipped to to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes or APO/ FPO addresses. All orders containing Hazardous Materials must be shipped via standard ground shipping methods and cannot be shipped via expedited shipping methods.

We offer complimentary Standard shipping (5-9 business days) on all orders over $30.
For orders totaling less than $30, there is a flat rate delivery charge of $3 for Standard shipping (5-9 business days).
We only offer Standard shipping at this time. Fragrances must be shipped via standard ground shipping methods and cannot be shipped via expedited shipping methods

We offer returns and order replacement for damaged goods. Please note scent kits and custom fragrances are final sale and cannot be returned.
Scent kits are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Custom fragrances are made to order, so orders containing fragrances take 2 to 3 business days to process and fulfill. We try to ship every order within 2 to 3 business days and you will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.
